Welcome to g-ni.

g-ni, meaning Gateway for New International, is a testing project operated under Evan Rios Project LLC. g-ni is not a separate LLC, corporation, joint venture, franchise, or independent legal entity.

These Terms of Service explain how g-ni services work and what users agree to when using the g-ni website, platform, packages, payment flow, Verified Housing Access, and support services.

By using the g-ni website, creating an account, purchasing a package, accessing Verified Housing Access, submitting service information, or using any g-ni service, you agree to these Terms of Service with Evan Rios Project LLC as the operating entity.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the g-ni website, platform, or services.

Section 1

About g-ni

g-ni is an international student arrival support project operated by Evan Rios Project LLC.

g-ni helps international students arrange essential services when they move abroad for education. These services may include airport pickup assistance, mobile / SIM setup support, banking assistance, Verified Housing Access, local transit card / load support, arrival coordination, and related guidance.

g-ni provides service coordination, platform access, and student support. Some services may be fulfilled through third-party providers, transportation services, housing listers, mobile carriers, banks, property owners, local transit systems, or other service providers.

Evan Rios Project LLC operates the g-ni platform and is responsible for g-ni's website operations, platform access, payment processing, service coordination, customer support, and applicable refund handling, subject to these Terms of Service, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and applicable law.

Section 2

Testing Project Status

g-ni is currently a testing project under Evan Rios Project LLC.

Because the project is being tested and improved, certain services, features, pricing, availability, delivery methods, platform tools, service areas, and provider arrangements may change over time.

Users understand that g-ni is not currently presented as a separate company or independent legal entity. All g-ni-related services are operated through Evan Rios Project LLC.

Who Can Use g-ni

g-ni is designed for international students and their families.

Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information when using the website or purchasing services.

If a student is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian should complete the purchase and service request on the student's behalf.

By using g-ni, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into this agreement or that you are using the service with the involvement and approval of a parent or legal guardian.

3-Wish Package

5-Wish Package

The 5-Wish Package includes:

  • Mobile / SIM setup
  • Banking assistance
  • Verified Housing Access for one year
  • Local transit card / load support

Choose Your Wish

Choose Your Wish allows students to select individual services based on their needs.

Available individual services may include:

  • Airport pickup
  • Verified Housing Access
  • Mobile / SIM setup
  • Banking assistance
  • Local transit card / load support

Service details may vary depending on the student's airport, city, university location, arrival date, destination address, provider availability, carrier availability, housing market, and local transportation system.

Section 5

Pricing and Payments

All g-ni services must be paid for before service coordination begins.

By completing payment, the user authorizes Evan Rios Project LLC, through the g-ni project, to begin preparing and coordinating the selected services based on the information submitted.

Prices are listed on the website. Some services may require additional charges if the request falls outside the standard service setup, such as long-distance airport pickup, non-standard arrival routes, special timing requests, additional support requests, location-specific costs, or third-party provider charges.

If additional charges are required, g-ni will confirm them before moving forward.

Payment does not guarantee third-party approval, service availability, housing approval, bank approval, carrier activation, ride availability, or any outcome controlled by an outside provider.

Section 6

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information, including but not limited to:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • University name
  • Arrival city
  • Flight details
  • Arrival date and time
  • Airport name
  • Destination address
  • Accommodation status
  • Accommodation preferences
  • Banking needs
  • Mobile setup preferences
  • Local transportation needs
  • Any other information required for the selected service

g-ni is not responsible for delays, failed coordination, missed rides, incorrect arrangements, service issues, additional costs, or refund limitations caused by inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or late information provided by the user.

Users must respond to g-ni communications in a timely manner when service coordination requires confirmation or additional information.

Section 7

Airport Pickup

g-ni helps coordinate airport pickup for students based on the arrival details provided.

Airport pickup includes standard pickup route coordination and ride tracking until the student reaches the destination.

Airport pickup pricing applies to standard pickup routes. If the destination is outside the standard service range, g-ni may require an additional payment before service coordination begins.

Users must provide correct flight details, arrival time, airport name, terminal details if available, and destination address.

g-ni is not responsible for delays, missed pickups, additional costs, or service issues caused by flight changes, airport delays, immigration processing, baggage delays, weather, traffic, driver availability, user no-show, incorrect user information, or third-party provider issues.

Section 8

Mobile / SIM Setup

g-ni helps students with 30-day prepaid SIM support and mobile network setup guidance.

SIM availability, carrier coverage, activation rules, taxes, fees, data speeds, network performance, phone compatibility, and plan features may vary by carrier, location, device, and availability.

g-ni does not guarantee carrier approval, network quality, coverage strength, specific speeds, permanent phone number availability, or uninterrupted mobile service.

If a SIM has been purchased, shipped, activated, assigned, or prepared, refund eligibility may be limited according to the Refund Policy.

Section 9

Banking Assistance

g-ni provides bank appointment assistance, basic banking checklist support, and guidance based on student needs.

g-ni does not operate as a bank, financial institution, financial advisor, legal advisor, or immigration advisor.

Final bank account approval depends on the bank's requirements, student documents, identity verification, eligibility, local regulations, and applicable banking policies.

g-ni does not guarantee that a student will be approved for a bank account.

Users are responsible for reviewing bank terms, account fees, document requirements, eligibility rules, and account conditions directly with the bank.

Section 10

Verified Housing Access

Verified Housing Access gives students access to accommodation listings and AI-powered matching based on preferences such as university location, budget, room type, and lifestyle needs.

g-ni may use verification steps such as school email verification for student accounts and listing review processes to improve trust and reduce unreliable listings.

However, g-ni does not guarantee that every listing will be available, suitable, approved, accurate, updated, or free from risk.

Students are responsible for reviewing listings, lease terms, rent, deposits, property rules, landlord details, roommate details, property conditions, and all housing agreements before making a final decision.

Rent, security deposits, application fees, lease payments, landlord fees, property charges, broker fees, utility fees, furniture fees, move-in charges, and other housing-related costs are separate from g-ni's service fees unless clearly stated.

g-ni does not guarantee housing approval, lease approval, property availability, landlord acceptance, roommate compatibility, property condition, rent amount, or final rental terms.

Section 11

User-Posted Listings

If g-ni allows students or users to post accommodation listings, users must submit truthful, accurate, and current information.

Users may not post fake listings, misleading listings, duplicate listings, scam listings, unauthorized listings, or listings they do not have the right to share.

g-ni may review, approve, reject, remove, suspend, or flag listings at its discretion.

School email verification may be used to help improve trust, but it does not guarantee the truth, safety, legality, quality, availability, or accuracy of a listing.

Users are responsible for their own communications, agreements, payments, and decisions related to housing listings.

Section 12

AI-Powered Matching

g-ni may use AI-powered tools to help match students with accommodation options based on submitted preferences such as university location, budget, room type, distance, and lifestyle needs.

AI-powered matching is a support tool only. It does not guarantee the best listing, housing approval, property availability, pricing accuracy, or final suitability.

Students should review all listings and housing terms carefully before making decisions.

Section 13

Local Transit Card / Load Support

g-ni helps students with local transit card / load support and basic transportation guidance based on their arrival location and university area.

Transit systems vary by city. Availability, pricing, card type, reload rules, validity period, refund rules, access rules, and transport coverage depend on the local transportation provider.

g-ni does not guarantee that the same type of transit card, load option, monthly pass, or transit benefit will be available in every city.

If a transit card, transit load, pass, or credit has been purchased, issued, loaded, or prepared, refund eligibility may be limited according to the Refund Policy.

Section 14

Third-Party Providers

Some g-ni services may involve third-party providers, including transportation providers, mobile carriers, banks, landlords, property owners, housing platforms, listing providers, local transit providers, payment processors, shipping providers, or other service partners.

g-ni is not responsible for third-party delays, denials, policies, pricing changes, service failures, carrier coverage issues, bank approval decisions, lease decisions, landlord actions, roommate actions, transit rules, payment processor issues, shipping delays, or provider availability.

g-ni will make reasonable efforts to coordinate support professionally, but third-party outcomes may depend on the respective provider.

Section 15

No Guarantee of Outcome

g-ni provides coordination, guidance, platform access, and support.

g-ni does not guarantee:

  • Bank account approval
  • Housing approval
  • Lease approval
  • Roommate compatibility
  • Mobile carrier approval
  • Specific mobile network performance
  • Specific transportation availability
  • Specific transit card availability
  • Specific pickup timing in cases of traffic, weather, airport delays, or third-party issues
  • Immigration, visa, academic, housing, banking, transportation, financial, or legal outcomes

Section 16

Service Timing and Changes

g-ni will make reasonable efforts to provide or coordinate services based on the details submitted by the user.

Service timing may depend on third-party availability, user response time, flight details, arrival schedule, city, airport, carrier availability, bank appointment availability, housing listing availability, and local transit systems.

If g-ni cannot provide a service within the expected timing, g-ni may offer an alternative option, updated timeline, service credit, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation and the Refund Policy.

Users must notify g-ni immediately if their travel plans, arrival date, flight time, airport, destination address, or service needs change.

Section 17

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are handled according to the g-ni Refund Policy.

By purchasing a package or service, the user agrees to the Refund Policy posted on the website.

Refund eligibility may depend on timing, service status, whether coordination has started, whether third-party costs have been incurred, whether digital access has been activated, and whether physical items have been purchased, shipped, activated, assigned, issued, or prepared.

The Refund Policy should be reviewed before purchase.

Section 18

Prohibited Use

Users may not use the g-ni platform to:

  • Submit false information
  • Misrepresent identity
  • Use another person's school email without permission
  • Post fake accommodation listings
  • Post misleading or unauthorized listings
  • Scam, mislead, harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Attempt to bypass verification systems
  • Abuse payment or refund systems
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Upload harmful code or spam
  • Use the platform for illegal activity
  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

g-ni may suspend, restrict, or remove access if a user violates these Terms.

Section 19

Account Suspension or Termination

g-ni may suspend or terminate a user's access to the website, platform, Verified Housing Access, listings, or services if the user violates these Terms, provides false information, misuses the platform, abuses support staff, posts unreliable listings, or engages in suspicious or harmful activity.

Suspension or termination may limit refund eligibility if services have already been prepared, activated, used, or completed.

Section 20

Privacy

g-ni collects and uses user information to provide services, process payments, coordinate support, verify accounts, improve user experience, communicate with users, and operate the platform.

Users should review the g-ni Privacy Policy for more information about how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected.

By using g-ni, users agree to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Section 21

Communications

By using g-ni, submitting forms, purchasing services, or creating an account, users agree that g-ni may contact them by email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, platform notification, or other communication channels for service coordination, payment confirmation, updates, support, and important notices.

Users are responsible for keeping contact information accurate and monitoring communication channels during service coordination.

Section 22

Intellectual Property

All g-ni website content, branding, text, graphics, platform design, logos, service descriptions, page structure, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Evan Rios Project LLC unless otherwise stated.

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or misuse g-ni content without written permission from Evan Rios Project LLC.

Section 23

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evan Rios Project LLC, operating the g-ni project, is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from the use of the website, platform, packages, third-party services, accommodation listings, transportation arrangements, mobile setup, banking assistance, transit support, or related services.

g-ni's total liability for any claim related to a purchased service will not exceed the amount paid by the user for that specific service.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Section 24

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Evan Rios Project LLC, including the g-ni project, from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:

  • User-provided false or inaccurate information
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of law
  • User-posted listings
  • Housing communications or agreements between users
  • Third-party disputes caused by user action or inaction

Section 25

Changes to Services or Terms

g-ni may update services, pricing, policies, features, availability, and these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be posted on the website with a new effective date.

Continued use of the website, platform, or services after updates means the user accepts the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless another jurisdiction is legally required.
