What is included in the service packages?
The Essential Services Package includes accommodation matching, airport pickup, and mobile network setup. The Complete Services Package adds transportation assistance and banking setup. The Custom Services Package lets you choose only the services you need.
Are students verified?
Yes. Students verify their status with educational email OTP verification. Verification renews annually to maintain a trusted student community.
Are listings verified?
Property owners can upload lease documents for verification and receive a Verified Listing badge. Verification is optional but helps students identify trustworthy properties.
How do payments work?
You pay the service package fee through g-ni. Accommodation payments may go directly to hosts or through the g-ni Payment Gateway depending on the listing.
Can I customize my package?
